Job Description

The APAC Deployment Lead is responsible for deploying a future state E2E solution for the Global transformation program across all program functions, work streams, and global teams.

The implementation includes solution readiness, business readiness and transition to end-state where responsibility includes governance with sponsors and project management to ensure timely delivery, within budget.

Interdependencies are handled and risks mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead deployment of the SAP ERP Implementation according to scope, timeline, and budget to meet final project objectives (FPOs) for all phases of the program


* Execute against an integrated project plan, drive stage gate and program governance processes, identify critical path, risks and lead cross-functional teams to deliver


* Align with global transformation programs (e.g., SigniFi - Transact) and other interdependent programs to not impact the global ERP delivery


* Forge robust working relationships with key business partners, especially technology and vendor deploy leads, to ensure program objectives are met


* Prepare business updates for senior level team members and sponsors
