The Opportunity

We are hiring a strategic, commercially focused Discounters Channel Sales Lead to lead and accelerate our growth in the discount retail segment (e.g.

Biedronka, Lidl, Aldi) — one of the most dynamic and competitive channels in Polish FMCG.

You will have full P&L ownership and end-to-end responsibility for building the strategy, driving execution, and developing customer partnerships that deliver sustainable growth.

This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Mass Channel – Poland and part of the Commercial Leadership Team, giving you direct influence on national business decisions and strategic direction.

What You’ll Do



* Own the full channel strategy, commercial plans, and P&L for the discounter segment in Poland.


* Lead negotiations, annual business planning, and long-term partnership development with key customers (e.g.

Jeronimo Martins, Lidl, Aldi).


* Represent Kenvue Poland in regional negotiations and commercial coordination with discounter accounts that operate across multiple markets.


* Inspire, manage, and develop a team of experienced Key Account Managers.
