* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.


* A minimum of 2 years design experience.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

person status.

Preferred Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution in the following disciplines preferred: Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology.


* Previous experience in injection molding tooling design and fabrication


* Fluency with CAD/CAM software, preferably with Siemens NX.


* CNC programming knowledge a plus


* Working knowledge of standard tool room equipment


* Experience or familiarity with additive manufacturing


* Sound understanding of engineering drafting principles


* Ability to collaborate with die makers regarding design for manufacturing


* Experience in the design of tooling for injection molding


* Good verbal communication skills.


* Knowledge of material properties, as related to die design.


* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.


* Ability to effectively work/communicate as part of a project team.


* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities.


* Strong problem-solving acumen.
