* BS degree in IT or business-related discipline.


* 3 years' experience with ERP Systems in a manufacturing environment.


* 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT.


* Proficiency using Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate and/or RPA technology.


* Experience with Infor Baan, ERP LN or other mid-market ERP systems.


* Experience in deploying automation solutions.


* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


* Strong data gathering skills (interviewing business owners and operational users).


* Strong project management and organizational skills.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
