Full-Time Medical Records Director
Location: Dublin Post Acute
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Pay: Competitive based on experience + Full Benefits Package

Are you a master of organization with a passion for healthcare? Dublin Post Acute is seeking a Medical Records Director to take charge of our health information management processes and ensure our facility remains compliant, efficient, and secure.

In this key role, you'll oversee the medical records department, ensure regulatory compliance, and help support the delivery of excellent patient care through accurate and timely documentation.

What You'll Do:


* Manage all aspects of medical records and health information systems


* Ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations


* Oversee audits, documentation reviews, and data reporting


* Coordinate record requests and maintain timely record access for clinical and administrative needs


* Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership

What We're Looking For:


* Strong background in medical records or health information management


* Working knowledge of HIPAA, EMRs, and medical terminology


* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Hourly Rate: $20 - $22
