What You'll Do:


* Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Collaborate with the care team to support optimal patient outcomes


* Document progress and adjust care plans as needed


* Educate staff and families on communication strategies and dietary modifications
