Now Hiring: Traveling Executive Director - Tampa, Jacksonville & Orlando Territories (Florida Region)

Full-Time | Leadership Role Across IL/AL/MC Communities

Are you a dynamic and experienced senior living leader looking for variety and impact in your day-to-day work? We're seeking a Traveling Executive Director to provide leadership and operational support across our communities in the Tampa and Jacksonville regions of Florida.

In this unique and rewarding role, you'll:


* Provide temporary or extended leadership to communities during transitions (e.g., vacancies, vacations, or leaves of absence).


* Collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents to support high-priority projects.


* Step into multi-faceted responsibilities including supervision, training, regulatory compliance, and direct resident care when needed.


* Ensure operational excellence aligned with our core values and strategic goals-enhancing resident satisfaction, associate engagement, occupancy, and culture.

What You Bring


* Must be ALF Core Certified in the state of Florida


* Valid Florida Administrator's License (or eligibility to obtain)


* Bachelor's Degree


* Proven leadership experience in senior living operations (IL/AL/MC) (5 years of exp)


* Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Tampa and Jacksonville regions


* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for leading people and communities
