Weekend Receptionist

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is looking to expand their team!

We are looking for a GREAT WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST to be a part of our work family.

The Receptionist position is limited to clerical duties only and is located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area.

The main purpose of this position is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephone.

Weekend - Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Preferred - Bi-lingual Spanish

Responsibilities:


* Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor


* Monitor visitor access Maintain visitor sign-in log


* Answer telephone, screen and direct calls


* Take and relay messages


* Direct people to the appropriate destination


* Deal with queries from the public and customers


* Receive and sort mail


* Provide general administrative and clerical support - limited to the receptionist area


* Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings


* Tidy and maintain the reception area


* Professional personal presentation
