Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products Operation is seeking qualified professionals to consider for an Automation Systems Analyst role supporting the Consumer Products Group Operations located in Muskogee, OK.

The Muskogee facility uses integrated technology to manufacture tissue and paper towel products in a progressive production environment.

Demonstrated capability in manufacturing operations and high focus on safely improving productivity and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV).

This role will primarily focus on functionality and AGV system coordination for warehousing, yard, vitals and converting changes.

What You Will Do



* Embrace influential leadership to support the organization while advancing our Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture


* Responsible for Implementation of Platform AGV system changes


* Ensure escalation process is executed within and outside the mill for AGV system issues


* Drive site capability of system - (make sure the system does all it can to help the site be as efficient as possible)


* Automation Systems & PLC data flow expertise - (understands how all the systems flow together) Ex: ICPAQs, PARCS, EWM, Automation)


* Adds, remove, change AGVs and the associated system to meet production needs and changes


* Support warehouse/EWM optimization as needed, fix current data warehouse application issues that may occur


* Provide technical support and coordination of warehouse design, testing and movement to production during system upgrades


* Identify missed opportunities or inefficiencies and provide regular reports on the results


* Active resource in the improvement of the AGV and EWM systems

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience with warehouse management systems


* Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


* Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment


* Familiarity with using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience with SAP-EVM, AGV, and ICPAQs


* Experience with training, developing and/or coaching others


* Experience working in a recycled pulp or paper operation


* Strong organizational and time management skills
