IOP/PHP Clinician/Therapist - Night Shift, Part Time
Are you passionate about helping individuals through life's most difficult challenges? Join our behavioral health team as an IOP/PHP Clinician/Therapist, where you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care in our Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs.
What You'll Do:


* Perform psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans


* Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions


* Lead orientation for new patients and assist with pre-admission screenings


* Monitor patient safety and respond to emotional/behavioral needs


* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and involve families or support systems


* Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with all clinical policies


* Engage in ongoing professional development and competency evaluations

Who We're Looking For:


* Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field


* Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee


* Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute behavioral health setting (preferred)


* Strong communication, organization, and crisis intervention skills


* Able to work with diverse populations and maintain cultural sensitivity


* Comfortable in dynamic environments with patients who may exhibit high-intensity behaviors
