Key Accounts Sales Leader

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for deploying all sales actions with assigned contractors and facility management firms to maximize business opportunities.

The primary focus will be on medium voltage products and solutions.

This role requires a proactive approach to field interactions, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


* Sales Deployment: Execute all sales actions with assigned contractors and facility management firms to achieve business objectives.


* Field Interactions: Engage in regular field interactions to understand customer needs, provide technical support, and promote medium voltage products.


* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.


* Business Maximization: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to increase sales and market share in the medium voltage segment.


* Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.


* Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.


* Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.


* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to align strategies and achieve goals.

Qualifications



* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another related field.


* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, with a focus on medium voltage products.


* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medium voltage products and solutions.


* Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.


* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
