PS Product Application Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Product Application Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will provide technical support to our field sales force, leveraging your deep product and application knowledge to assist in understanding customer designs, configuring Schneider products to meet customer specifications, converting existing specifications, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:


* Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to the field sales team, helping them understand and address customer design requirements.


* Product Configuration: Assist in configuring Schneider products to align with customer specifications and needs.


* Specification Conversion: Convert existing customer specifications to incorporate Schneider products, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.


* Deal Closure: Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by providing technical insights and solutions that meet customer requirements.


* Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to gather detailed requirements, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical guidance.


* Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, product configurations, and technical solutions provided.


* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Schneider products, technologies, and industry trends to provide the best possible support.

Qualifications



* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.


* Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a technical support or sales engineering role.


* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, proficiency in product configuration and specification.


* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.


* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.


* Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
