Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Specialist at DGF Canada, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering our frontline sales teams.

Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency in their daily operational tasks—such as lead qualification and management, account opening, renewals, and quotations—while also maintaining our customer database and call planning systems.
By optimizing sales processes and systems, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle, from lead management to onboarding.
