PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Sr.

Manager, Marketing Services Delivery is a trusted strategic business partner to Customer Experience and internal customers.

Responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the development, execution and management of multi-channel and relationship marketing programs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.


* Primary area of responsibility is the end-to-end marketing campaign execution process across all channels, ensuring communication delivery to the right customer, in the right channel, at the right time.


* Work with stakeholders, agencies and Marketing Operations & Analytics functional leads to execute multi-channel programs.


* Align to CRM strategy and assist overall team.


* Campaign project management


* Budget development and tracking


* Maintains quality service by enforcing standards and evaluating outcomes.


* Keeps stakeholders informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.


* Continuous delivery of process improvements and operational efficiencies.


* Measure performance against deadlines, expected results and best-in-class benchmarks.


* Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.


* Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives.

Often leading a cooperative effort among members of a project team.


* Interacts with internal departments and external customers; particularly in problem resolution.

Acts as an advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. 


* Provide technical guidance.


* Assist with various projects as assigned.


* Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION:

Responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of marketing staff.

 

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; Advanced Degree desirable

 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:  


* 6 - 8 years' experience in marketing delivery of B2C.
