For this position to be successful, the incumbent should have:


* A minimum of 5 years of forging experience in an aerospace forging facility, as well as technical knowledge of related quality requirements, GD&T, and problem-solving skills.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S.

person status.

person as an U.S.

Citizen, U.S.

Permanent Resident (i.e.

'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications

For this position to be successful, preference is given to candidates with:


* The ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) and delegate while maintaining forward motion on key deliverables.


* A high degree of interpersonal skills to motivate and influence others, including those not under their direct supervision.


* Demonstrated ability of problem solving, systems thinking, project management, and team building.


* Knowledge of conventional aluminum processing, Forging Design, and Quality Systems Standards (ex.

ISO9000, AS9100, QS-9000, etc.).


* Thorough knowledge of the forging process and standard practices that would normally be acquired through extensive experience in various technical assignments.


* Demonstrated ability to read and critically assess blueprints, part drawings, and customer specifications.
