* High School Diploma or GED


* Associate's degree in a technical discipline.


* Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing environment.


* Experience developing manufacturing inspection plans.


* Experience creating balloon drawings.


* Experience with GD&T.


* Experience conducting process capability, GR&R, PFMEA and SPC studies.


* Experience optimizing processes to achieve ongoing cost reductions.


* Experience working in an ISO environment, preferably AS9100, and conducting internal audits.


* Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.


* Effective written and verbal communication skills.


* Strong interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills.


* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
