• Bachelor's degree from accredited university is required, additionally, MBA is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Distribution sales, Aerospace hardware products preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of management level experience.
• Proven interpersonal and leadership abilities to proactively lead a team of managerial and professional people and to interact effectively with individuals and groups both internal and external to the company and at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prefer MBA in related field.
• Experience in the Fastener manufacturing industry preferred.

The salary range for this position is $140K to $170K.Essential Functions:
The Director is responsible for setting and executing the short-term and long-term commercial strategy for Howmet Aerospace Distribution- HAD Simi Valley customers.

The role is responsible for understanding, mapping and developing strategic plans for sales and margin, and to coordinate the strategy.

The position will participate with the Howmet Fastening Systems (HFS) Commercial team with the global internal commercial strategy development, with a core emphasis on North America.
