The Role

Reporting into the Head of Sales for eCommerce, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth, share and profitability for Amazon and Marketplace channels we can align to your career ambitions and experience level.

The Customer Account Manager in our fast-growing eCommerce Business unit is a pivotal role in accelerating growth for some of the biggest household brands in the UK


* You will be responsible for building consumer-led joint business plans that facilitate sustainable growth, for both the consumer and Kimberly-Clark.


* Through collaboration with your cross-functional team and maximising external agency partnerships, you will be developing activation plans to help unlock the category opportunities you have agreed with your customer.


* You will use data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, taking a proactive approach in quickly resolving any potential challenges to achieving objectives.


* This is the ideal role for a National Account Manager looking for a new challenge, career progression opportunities at a top-tier FMCG company, or a high performing National Account Executive ready for the next step.
