You will be responsible for Level 2 operations on Palo Alto Firewalls, including policy management, NAT, IPSEC tunnels, and related troubleshooting.
You will work closely with peer teams to ensure our network remains secure, stable, and compliant.

* Operate and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls (Security Policies, NAT, IPSEC VPNs, routing, HA).

Scope:
The key responsibilities of the Field Service Order Management Specialist (Entry level) are to ensure Service Orders & Contracts are well created and booked according to Customer's Purchase Orders.
