What You'll Do
* Schedule and lead weekly conference calls with new pharmacies
* Communicate project plans, timelines, and milestones clearly to customers
* Ensure pharmacies are on track for successful implementation
* Guide pharmacies through setup and configuration of key areas of the application
* Advise internal team members of current implementation status and escalate risks
* Participate in follow-up meetings and provide go-live support
