These positions are assigned to Harmony Haven Children's and Youth Center in Beaumont.
One position follows a 4/10 schedule: Monday through Thursday, from 2 PM to 1 AM.
The second position follows a 3/12 schedule: Saturday through Monday, from 7 AM to 7 PM, plus a floating four-hour shift each week (Tuesday through Friday) at a time determined by the employee and their manager.

* Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
* Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
* General accounting experience is desirable
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
* Ability to analyze and process data and forms accurately
* Ability to follow established processes and procedures to meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, communication, and time management skills
