Brief Overview
The primary goal of the Project Manager is to lead and ensure specific projects related to operational excellence, within Merz strategic areas of focus, Aesthetics and Neuroscience, are implemented efficiently, successfully and within the agreed terms of the project.
This requires solid project management skills and a knowledge of PM fundamentals, ensuring that timelines are established, and deliverables are met, collecting data to analyze performance, and reporting on progress.
If the project is not being implemented to satisfaction, the project manager must be able to identify issues in a timely manner and work with leadership to correct or elevate as appropriate.

* The Housekeeping Aide provides cleaning services for a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public.
Requirements
* Housekeeping services provided are in accord with facility policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations.
* Cleans assigned resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily and according to facility policy while maintaining resident's privacy at all times. Employees must knock and announce before entering any resident room.
* Posts signs indicating a safety hazard anytime housekeeping activities pose environmental hazards to staff, residents, visitors, or others in the facility.
* Washes beds and mattresses and remakes beds after discharge of residents.
* Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
* Uses personal protective equipment when at risk of exposure to blood or other potentially hazardous body fluids and all other times indicated by facility policies and procedures.

The Clinical Education Nurse is responsible for carrying out education, skills competencies, trainings, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
The Clinical Education Nurse is responsible for assisting in new employee hiring, onboarding, and orientation as well as tracking of licenses, certifications, and in-service education.
* Collaborates with the Benefits Contact/Payroll Coordinator and assists with the delivery of the new hire employee general orientation program.
* Assists in the screening, interviewing, and hiring process through the Application Tracking System.
* Conducts monthly schedule of in-services and new procedure/skills training as directed by the DNS alternating program times to accommodate needs of staff on all shifts.

* Completes tracking of dementia training for all staff and new hires.
