This role will require the Technician to report to the site daily to perform inspections and maintenance of the equipment on the solar field.

What You Will Do
* Perform routine inspections of the site equipment to include inverters, transformers, modules, trackers, weather stations and soil monitoring solutions
* Maintain records and documentation of site activities, visitors, substation work, battery logs, and generator operation
* Coordinate with component manufacturers for troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance
* Perform daily field sweeps to verify tracker systems are functioning properly and replace faulty components
* Ensure site safety for all personnel and equipment
* Perform testing and troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems
* Inverter inspections and cleaning, filter, and fuse replacement, basic troubleshooting and repair
* Perform scheduled array inspections of the home runs, modules and tracker system
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Electrical knowledge gained through working experience, military or post high school education

* 1+ years of experience with PV systems or related power generation equipment
* Knowledge of DC systems, wiring and applications

For this role, we anticipate paying $25 - $37 an hour.

About the Role
The Driver will be responsible for driving a company vehicle throughout the assigned geographic area and ensure safety of self and others while driving.
What You'll Do
* Load and unload cargo, including loading trucks safely and efficiently
* Execute local deliveries and obtain authorization signatures.
* Receive incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity, part numbers, and condition.
* Pick and prepare orders for shipping; verify labeling, addresses, and documentation.
* Ship orders accurately and on time, following all company procedures.
* Perform cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
* Ensure the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
* Stock products correctly and safely in designated storage areas.
* Operate commercial vehicles for deliveries when qualified and holding a valid DOT Medical Certificate

About the Role
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking and shipping of product to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to details, sanitation, safety, security and productivity.
This position will also include driving a company vehicle throughout the assigned geographic area.
What You'll Do
* Count all products, compare to packing slip/Warehouse Management System (WMS) and check all shipments for damage, quantity, part number accuracy and expiration dates.
* Report shortages, damages and mis-shipments (“shipment errors” or “incorrect shipments”) on appropriate forms.
Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
* Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
Efficiently stack and store merchandise in pallet, static, cantilever, yard and wire storage areas/rack.
* Ensure that the correct number and type of product is picked in WMS.
Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.
Bag, tag or mark orders as required.
* Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct in WMS.
Accept signature for outbound as necessary.
Efficiently move product into trailers, box/rack trucks, vans, cars or containers.
* Maintain all equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
