Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist


* Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team


* Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Passion for resident-centered care


* New graduates encouraged to apply
