Pay: $15.95 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Retail Sales Cashier, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a welcoming manner and responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries.
Sales Associates must help maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor that meets company standards and be able to operate a point-of-sale (POS) cash register system to ensure the quality of product and pricing are accurate at the time of purchase.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Responsible for verification of till counts, provides accurate cashier transactions, and maintains a balanced cash drawer using a computer-based point-of-sale system.
* Responsible for driving the roundup initiative by engaging customers and sharing knowledge of the mission it supports.
* Provides excellent customer service upholding company values.
* Provides assistance to customers with questions, concerns, and purchases.
* Responsible for completion of opening and closing procedures.
* Maintains a clean and organized sales floor by regularly cleaning and organizing shelves and racks, picking items up off the floor, putting away product from racks, carts, or baskets, as well as putting away returned or unwanted items.
* Provides a safe, clean, organized, and well stocked POS, sales floor, and restrooms.
* Initiates customer delight/power hour calls over intercom to organize and clean sales floor.
* Follows all retail center policies and procedures.
* Follows all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
