GENERAL ROLE
This position is to assist with online store order processing and fulfillment tasks in Hermès e-commerce business.
He/she will focus on e-store operational support including managing e-store orders, coordinating with internal teams, assisting with smooth delivery to customers, and basic support for omnichannel sales.
This position works closely with E-Operation Specialist and reports to CRC (Client Relations Center) Manager.
This is a contract-based position for 12 months.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
E-store order management
* Manage e-store orders by placing validation, cancellation and return in E-store back of house systems
* Respect company guideline to shape e-store sales activities to be aligned with internal control policy
* Optimize order and fulfillment flow both in operational and technical (IT system) aspect
* Actively implement global IT tools to accelerate efficiency
Omni-channel sales support
* Support various omnichannel orders including Web-to-Shop in collaboration with boutique's back-of-house
* Support CRC's back-office order creation
Stock management
* Support stock management including negative stock operation, stock movement control, etc.
* Ensure service quality of last mile delivered by carrier to end customer

* Ideally 1-3 years of e-commerce operation experience in retail industry

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the efficient and effective front-of-house operations of the store, adhering to the company's operating guidelines and standards.

* Support the team in delivering exceptional service to all our clients
* Provide direction to the team ensuring clients are looked after and encouraged to return.
* Liaising with the Press department when coordinating and assisting with Hermès events
* Liaising with the Client Experience Manager on all CRM developments and initiatives
* Manage/limit customer complaints in a timely and proactive manner.
Sales Development
* Achieve targets in accordance with set objectives
* Show encouragement and support to the team members in the achievement of their objectives.

The Bridge Crew Worker will perform skilled and semi-skilled work in the maintenance and construction of roads, bridges, culverts, head walls, sidewalks, curbs, guardrails and other highway related structures.
The incumbent will also be responsible for mixing, pouring and finishing concrete, operate and maintain hand and power tools such as sand blasters, jackhammers, air compressors and concrete saws.
Experience with operating: water tank truck, front end loader, dump truck and other heavy equipment while performing stone and concrete work, rigging, riprapping, excavating and backfilling.
Highly competitive candidates will have job-related experience working on highway related construction projects, such as, bridges, culverts and headwalls built with reinforced concrete.
The position offers a 4/10 schedule.
The Bridge Crew Worker is the first working level classification in the Bridge Crew Worker series and is distinguished from the Maintenance and Construction Worker classification in that the former requires considerable experience and skill in reinforced concrete and heavy timber construction.

The Transportation Department is responsible for planning, designing, funding, building, operating and maintaining all roads, bridges, and transportation facilities within the unincorporated County territory.• Perform a variety of tasks involving carpentry and cement work in the construction and repair of bridges, head walls, culverts, guard rails and related structures; build forms and set up scaffolding.
• Mix, pour and finish concrete; place and tie reinforcing steel; cut structural timber to size, drill holes and bolt timber in place; surface bridge deck with paving materials.
• May assist in establishing grades and setting grade stakes; operate air compressor, generator, skill saws, electric drills, and a wide variety of hand tools.
• May occasionally perform fence building and small carpentry jobs.

License
A California Commercial Driver License Class A or Class B is required when completing this application.
