Position Summary:
The CNA provides essential support to our nursing team by assisting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.
You will play a critical role in maintaining dignity, respect, and quality of life for each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
* Take and record vital signs, weights, and other measurements
* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
* Assist with mobility, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
* Maintain clean and safe resident environments
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
* Ensure proper documentation and follow care plans
* Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Qualifications:
* Valid CNA certification in the state of California
* CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
* Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
* Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
* Reliable, team-oriented, and dedicated to quality care
