What you’ll do
* You’ll have an option to be an emergency responder - out of hours, £50 for first hour of attendance/ hourly rate for further time on site if required.
* Supporting customers with tasks, this could be cooking, medications, support as per their support plan, some admin duties
* Supporting customers with mental health issues such as autism, mild learning disabilities and substance misuse issues.

The practical bits
* Shift times vary slightly due to rota working, approx.
20:00-22:00, sleeping in onsite from 22:00-07:00, cover 07:00-09:30, during the week
* Shift starts earlier at the weekend from 17:00 and finishes later on a Monday 12:00.
* Although you’ll lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
* You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)

Para asegurar una sólida cultura de Seguridad Laboral y mejorar continuamente nuestro rendimiento en esta materia, y con reporte directo al Director de Operaciones, sus principales responsabilidades son:
* Definir e implementar la estrategia de seguridad laboral en consonancia con los estándares globales de DHL.
* Definir y desarrollar los procedimientos relacionados con el área de Safety.
* Garantizar el pleno cumplimiento de la normativa local y las políticas regionales de DHL.
* Impulsar una cultura de safety proactiva a través del compromiso del equipo de dirección y mandos intermedios, y la participación de los/as empleado/as.
* Supervisar y comunicar los indicadores de rendimiento en materia de safety (KPI), identificando tendencias e implementando mejoras.
* Dirigir las investigaciones de incidentes y garantizar un análisis eficaz de las causas raíz y la aplicación de medidas correctivas.
* Colaborar con la alta dirección para integrar el área de Safety en las decisiones empresariales y las operaciones.
* Coordinar y supervisar el concierto con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno.
* Coordinar, junto con los Técnicos del Dpto., el cumplimiento de la gestión de CAE, Vigilancia de la Salud, matriz formativa y la planificación de la actividad.
* Colaborar con la Dirección de HR (HRBP y Engagement) en el desarrollo del modelo y las prácticas de “Health & Wellbeing” asegurando la adecuada complementariedad, soporte y reporte, así como la evolución y mejora de acuerdo con las directrices de globales, regionales y locales.
* Colaborar y asesorar a las diferentes funciones en temas relacionados con el área de Seguridad Laboral.
* Participar en Comités de Seguridad y Salud, desarrollando las actuaciones que de ellos se deriven.
* Gestionar auditorías, evaluaciones de riesgos e iniciativas de mejora continua.
* Actuar como enlace clave con las autoridades, los clientes y las funciones internas en todo lo relacionado con el área de Seguridad Laboral.
* Actuar de acuerdo con el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos de Prevención, Seguridad, y Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Energía de DHL Express.
Perfil del candidato/a:
* Título universitario en Ingeniería, o carrera técnica similar.
* Imprescindible Máster Técnico Superior en Prevención, en las tres especialidades: Seguridad, Higiene y Ergonomía y Psicosociología aplicada.
* Experiencia demostrada en un puesto de responsabilidad similar en el ámbito de la seguridad con mínimo 5 años de experiencia.
* Sólidos conocimientos de la legislación española en materia de salud y seguridad laboral y de las normas internacionales.
* Formación de experto en la norma ISO 45001.
Se valorarán las certificaciones pertinentes (por ejemplo, NEBOSH, IOSH o equivalentes).
