What You'll Do:


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Document care using electronic charting systems


* Monitor residents' conditions and manage acute/chronic care needs


* Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff


* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)


* Make independent decisions using sound judgment and training

Who We're Looking For:


* Current LVN license in the state of California


* CPR/BLS certification preferred


* Passion for senior care


* Strong verbal and written communication skills


* Team-oriented and willing to learn
