The RFP Training Advisor within the U.S.
Employer Project Management Team is an integral position that fosters growth and develops knowledge across all RFP-focused roles, including Presale and RFP Q&A teams.
This individual demonstrates a superior knowledge of Cigna's business, segments, selling strategies, and proposal processes, acting as a coach and subject matter expert while also facilitating advanced-level trainings in partnership with other experts at all levels as needed to achieve deliverables.
The RFP Training Advisor is accountable for educating and mentoring new and experienced RFP staff and also partners closely with peers and management to drive change and manage process improvement projects.
The RFP Training Advisor owns the planning and delivery of ongoing trainings regarding new Cigna products, processes, and strategies, as well as targeted removal of any widespread knowledge gaps that may be identified as trends by management.
