Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Compressor Service Coordinator to support and optimize the daily operations of our field service team.
This role is essential for ensuring efficient scheduling, timely service delivery, and seamless communication with both technicians and clients.
The ideal candidate brings a solid background in service coordination or dispatch, preferably within industrial equipment or compressed air systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free air compressors.
* Act as the main point of contact for service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers.
* Utilize SAP to manage service orders, track job progress, and ensure proper time logging.
* Oversee and manage preventive maintenance contracts and scheduling.
* Ensure technicians are equipped with the required tools, parts, and job-specific instructions.
* Track job completions, maintain customer records, and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
* Coordinate with the parts department to order and track service-related components.
* Assist with quoting and coordination of non-contract service jobs.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and management to resolve service-related challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required:
* High school diploma or GED; associate degree or relevant technical certification is a plus.
* Minimum 2 years in service coordination, dispatch, or operations support role—preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Customer-first mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
* Experience with rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free air compressors, refrigerant and desiccant dryers.
* Technical knowledge or background in industrial equipment servicing.

Job Summary:
The Business Finance Junior Analyst is responsible for calculating Transfer Price (TP) for New Material creation, TP update, Rebalancing, and providing correct Consolidated Standard Costing (CSC).

* Submit calculated Transfer Price in Transfer Pricing tool for Distribution Centers (CMEs) or in email from non-CMEs or GSC plants offices.

Rattaché au Responsable Activité Chantiers et au sein d'une équipe de 20 personnes (Techniciens, Coordinateurs de travaux, Planificateurs), vous êtes rattaché à l'agence Schneider de Rueil-Malmaison (59).
Vous faites et vous faites faire du montage et des essais dans le cadre de l'installation neuve de nos produits HTA-BT.
Vos principales missions :
* Gérer le montage et les essais électriques du matériel neuf de Schneider Electric (HTA-BT)
* Réaliser des interventions sur les sites clients
* Piloter les acteurs de vos chantiers
* Réaliser des essais de protections numériques
* Être le premier contact Schneider auprès de nos clients
Votre profil :
* Bac+2 minimum en Electrotechnique
* Vous possédez une première expérience dans le domaine des essais et des travaux électriques en HTA-BT

Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé(e) d'identifier, de rechercher et de conclure des opportunités en développant la notoriété du marché, en influençant les décideurs clés et en favorisant l'adoption auprès des intégrateurs de systèmes, des OEM et des utilisateurs finaux industriels.
Avec cette nouvelle solution, Schneider Electric souhaite élargir son champ d'action au-delà de son segment de marché et de sa clientèle traditionnels.
Croissance des ventes et du chiffre d'affaires
* Stimuler le succès commercial grâce à des techniques de vente consultatives et prescriptives.
* Identifier, qualifier et développer des opportunités commerciales à fort potentiel, y compris des projets pilotes, des preuves de concept (PoC) et des déploiements à grande échelle d'EAE.
* Collaborer avec les partenaires de distribution, les intégrateurs de systèmes et les entreprises EPC pour développer des stratégies de mise sur le marché conjointes.

For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $95,000-$110,000 per year, and plus uncapped commission.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
