Au sein de l'organisation Digitale de Schneider Electric Europe, ce poste d'alternance s'inscrit dans un contexte de standardisation et de simplification des processus de l'entreprise dans le cadre du projet UNIFY.
Vous interviendrez plus particulièrement sur la partie liée la transformation de l'ensemble des sites industriels Européens de Schneider Electric afin de simplifier et d'harmoniser leur fonctionnement ainsi que leurs outils.
Rattaché(e) au leader du programme UNIFY de Digital Europe, vous aurez la responsabilité de consolider l'ensemble des données relatives à la préparation des sites industriels Européens dans un outil unique.
L'objectif consiste à avoir un seul et unique lieu de stockage / consultation des données, palliant la gestion de nombreux fichiers Excel.
Missions
Dans le cadre des objectifs ambitieux d'une transformation digitale, vous aurez la charge de :
* Travailler en équipe avec les " IT Assessment leaders " qui vous fourniront les données
* Structurer les données selon le format exigé par l'outil cible (SharePoint déjà développé)
* Agréger et consolider les données relatives aux applications utilisées par les sites industriels (ainsi que d'autres délivrables additionnels qui restent à définir)
* Améliorer les délivrables et leur structure en fonction des besoins des équipes projets
* Avoir une vue globale de chaque site industriel (AS-IS situation) et pouvoir aisément en extraire des informations sur le plan d'actions relatif à l'exécution des projets de transformation (TO-BE situation)
* Définir le reporting à construire avec le support du management + automatiser au maximum (avec l'aide de membres de l'équipe)
* Assurer la communication nécessaire auprès de toutes les parties prenantes
* Assurer les formations à l'outil auprès des futurs utilisateurs
* Documenter le travail réalisé
Profil
Bac + 4/5Ecole de commerce, de management, gestion de projet ou systèmes d'informations.
Langue : La maîtrise courante de l'anglais (écrit et oral) est indispensable (minimum B2 voire C1)
Outils : Aisance avec les outils informatiques basiques office 365 (EXCEL indispensable, SharePoint, MSList).
Vous faites preuve de qualités importantes d'organisation, de rigueur, de synthèse, ainsi que d'une très bonne communication tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
