Execution:
* Directly manage some Strategic suppliers as supplier leader and get involved in global negotiations with the supplier portfolio.
* Support the others purchasers (new projects, operational buyers,) in their negotiations.
* Drive your annual operational plan (APOP) and ensure acknowledgement and execution of the strategy
* Support the implementation of productivity (QVE -Quality value Engineering /CoS - Change of Suppliers) and identify new savings opportunities with the cross functional team.
* Plan business reviews with Strategic suppliers located in their geographic zone & assign the task to the respective supplier leaders in the zone.
* Follow up the supplier development and improvement actions plans (SAM status, service level and quality improvement).
* Deploy supplier framework agreements with the Strategic suppliers located in their geographic zone
* Propose to the CFT evolution of the Supplier Orientation Chart based on the Evolution of the Category Strategy.
* Lead qualification process for any new supplier linked to category
* Coordinate continuous actions plan with the CFT, to fight against creation of any new supplier out of their control
Performance monitoring:
* Track the monthly performance for the suppliers in their geographic zone (Quality, Service, Productivity).
* Handle most critical crisis with Strategic suppliers
