Maximus is hiring a Clinical Program Manager to support the DE PASRR program.
The Program Manager is the profit/loss manager for the program and is responsible for managing the finances of the program.
The Program Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues with the client, handling operational items, ensuring assessments are conducted timely and with high quality, and notifying the client of any issues that may arise.
This is a remote position with occasional travel as required by business needs.
About the program: We work with the State of Delaware - Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DHSS/DMMA) to administer the federally mandated Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) through a web-based system.
This includes Level I screens and Level II assessments for Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Intellectual, Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), and SMI/IDD/Related Condition (RC).

NHC HomeCare Franklin is looking for a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.
$10,000 Sign on Bonus!
We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!
Qualifications:
* Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact state
* Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
* Minimum one year's supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
* Committed to helping meet patient goals
* Current Driver's License, car insurance, and good driving record
* Able to meet Background Screening requirements
Position Highlights:
* Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
* Coordinating referrals and on-going care with patients, their caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and our clinicians ;
* Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs
* Providing care as needed, but mainly making sure we have the staff to provide that care
* Educating and monitoring care provided.
* Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services.
