What will your job look like?
The Fleet Maintenance Technician will perform all vehicle maintenance needs to satisfy compliance with vehicle warranties and assist with maintaining company or client fleet as required. The Fleet Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for assisting with facility maintenance and repairs as needed.

What you’ll do:
* Responsible for maintenance, electrical service, advanced diagnosing, & repair of MTM Transit service vehicles, City of Tracy “Tracer” Owned vehicles
* Responsible for general maintenance and repairs of MTM Transit facilities and grounds
* Areas of repair to include but not limited to automotive vehicle, light duty truck, heavy duty transit bus powertrains, undercarriage/ chassis, electronic and electrical equipment, air conditioning and heating systems, and vehicle accessories and equipment drivability and diagnosis
* Perform on the road repairs (Service Calls) as needed
* Ensure accuracy when completing electronic work orders
* Ensure appropriate communication of repairs and parts
* Assist in maintaining shop and facility to include servicing vehicle lifts, pumps, and like equipment as needed

JOB SUMMARY The CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE MANAGER plays a key leadership role in ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency within the Customer Service Center.
This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality customer engagement by overseeing quality assurance programs, identifying process improvements, managing staff development, aligning workforce schedules with demand, and producing actionable performance insights.
This role also serves as a strategic liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency in communication, responsiveness to customer needs, and alignment with organizational goals.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.

Evaluate written communications for professionalism and accuracy.

Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs, develop learning tools, and track outcomes using surveys, QA results, and KPIs.
Collaborate with management to update training based on observed needs.

WORKFORCE & SCHEDULING STRATEGY: Analyze call volume trends and season demand to recommend shift adjustments and staffing plans.
Support scheduling coordination and advise on resource allocation to ensure consistent, high-quality customer coverage across all channels.
4.
KPI REPORTING, SYSTEMS & BUSINESS SUPPORT: Track and report on key performance metrics including service levels, handle time, and resolutions rates.
Generate dashboards and reports for leadership.
Act as a liaison for CRM, workforce management tools and billing platforms.
Troubleshoot issues, support testing and upgrades, and ensure adoption of system best practices.
Provide leadership in QA, training, and system support, and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

COMMUNICATION STANDARDS & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: Maintain and update response templates across written communication channels and align with brand standards.

Diesel Mechanic
Job Description Summary
* Effectively diagnose and repair equipment and Class 8 heavy vehicles, perform preventative maintenance on fleet.
Complete related reports and paperwork, order parts, operate and maintain and supply your own suitable work tools.
(We provide company specialty tools for usage while in shop)
Requirements
* Maintain proper certifications needed to perform the job
* Work on an array of mechanical issues as related to ready mix concrete equipment including, but not limited to: entire fleet of vehicles, hydraulics, electrical, etc.
* Keep all equipment in good working condition
* Repair and replace damaged or worn parts
* Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hoists and hand tools
* Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles
* Read and understand operating manuals, schematic, and technical drawings
* Keep up with good housekeeping procedures
* Maintain a clean driving record in the event you are called upon to drive a company vehicle
* Make any and all repairs to equipment on an as need basis
* Able to provide information to supervisors and co-workers
* Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers
* Demonstrate basic computer knowledge
* Able to learn company specific applications
* Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends
* Class B CDL Preferred
Preferences
* Vocational or technical training: diesel equipment, heavy equipment
Education/Experience
* High school diploma or GED
* 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance
* CDL Class B or higher preferred
