We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Business Excellence Manager to be in Gurabo, PR!

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the incumbent will spearhead the development of a comprehensive Governance framework aimed at standardizing performance measurement through the establishment of indicators.

They will also champion the continuous improvement process, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Furthermore, the role involves engagement with Global Platforms and Functions to design and implement advanced metric models that enhance the reliability and efficiency of the Supply Chain.

This position plays a crucial role in advancing network initiatives that align with the overarching goals of the J&J Innovative Medicine network, positioning the organization for sustained success and growth

Key Responsibilities:


* Establish and measure the JJOS Standard process governance within the site, according to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) guidance. 


* Deliver growth, maturity and profitability to the organization Collaborate with teams from different departments and Finance team to coordinate the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) ensuring alignment with cost competitiveness targets.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee overall site performance management activities and drive the Site Monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Review.


* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in order to understand potential opportunities and challenges.

Foster a Lean and Metrics-based culture by implementing core Lean principles, including:
