Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with a strong coding background and Agile expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

This role requires a mix of business analysis, software development knowledge, and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coding, system analysis, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

 1.      Business & Technical Analysis


* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


* Work closely with developers, architects, and product managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.


* Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.


* Create and refine wireframes, mockups, prototypes, workflow diagrams, and functional models to support solution design and stakeholder alignment.


* Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and engineering teams to improve user experience and usability.


* Support business process modeling, workflow analysis, and operational improvement efforts.


* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and solution discussions.


* Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in Agile environments.

 2.      Coding & Technical Collaboration


* Partner with engineering and architecture teams to support solution design and technical implementation.


* Work with APIs, databases, system integrations, and SaaS platforms to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.


* Assist with data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and system testing activities.


* Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate outcomes, and support defect resolution.


* Support release readiness, implementation planning, and production support activities as needed.
