About the Role The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting our outside sales team, customers, and vendorsfrom the first inquiry through order completion.

Youll be responsible for coordinating quotes, orders, and logistics, while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to manage product inquiries, pricing, and order status.Process sales quotes, orders, and expedite requests accurately and efficiently.Communicate proactively with customers, sales staff, and vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and updates.Resolve issues and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate purchasing, shipping, and logistics of consumables and repair items.Field Service scheduling, and coordination.Assist with inventory management, both computerized and physical.Perform general administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, maintaining files, and managing phone communications.Support team projects and other assigned duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial distribution preferred).Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel, but including the entire Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.Demonstrated sales acumen and a customer-focused mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Mechanical aptitude and curiosity about industrial equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.High School Diploma or GED required.Must pass a criminal background check.Must adhere to our Drug-Free Workplace policy; Alaska Roteq reserves the right to perform random drug-testing for all employees What We Offer Salary starting from $65,000 and up per year (depending on experience) plus comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities.Technical training and professional development opportunities.A supportive, team-oriented workplace that values initiative and growth.
