Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for delivering strategic non-stock sourcing solutions to Health Care Logistics' customers.

The role exercises independent judgment and discretion in researching, evaluating, negotiating, and selecting suppliers and products to meet customer requirements.

Working with limited supervision, the Sourcing Specialist manages sourcing projects end-to-end, leverages HCL's capabilities -- including shop modifications, processing and kitting, and manufacturing services -- and partners cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth.
