Pay Rate: $38.00-$43.00 per hour (DOE)

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitor and document residents' health conditions.


* Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.


* Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:


* Current and active California LVN license.


* Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.


* Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.


* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
