Workers Comp Paralegal

The Workers' Compensation Paralegal supports Rob Levine Law's Massachusetts workers' compensation attorneys from intake through resolution.

You will manage a caseload of injured-worker claims: gathering medical records, preparing filings with the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA), tracking deadlines and keeping clients informed.

The role is central to moving cases efficiently and getting clients the benefits they are owed.
