Water Consultant

Locally owned company providing water treatment solutions since 1983.

We are growing and seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners understand their water quality concerns and choose the right treatment solutions.

Youll work with pre-qualified, company-provided leads and scheduled appointmentsno cold calling required.

We provide hands-on training to help you learn our products and sales process.

What Youll Do Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.

Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

Present and sell water treatment systems using a consultative approach.

Follow up with prospective customers and manage company-provided leads.

Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation.

Deliver a professional, positive customer experience from consultation through follow-up.

Schedule and Appointments Approximately 4050 appointments per month Pre-set appointments provided Evening and Saturday availability required No Sunday appointments Travel to customer homes throughout the assigned service area Compensation and Benefits $600 per week base pay during the first six weeks Commission-based compensation after the initial six-week period Uncapped commission opportunities Top performers earn $150,000+ annually Biweekly pay Benefits include: Medical, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Structured, hands-on training Qualifications Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently, manage appointments, and follow through with customers Comfort presenting solutions and discussing purchases in customers homes Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements Preferred, but not required: In-home sales, outside sales, or experience selling directly to homeowners.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment This field-based position involves frequent travel and interaction with homeowners.

Essential duties require the ability to: Travel to and attend appointments throughout the workday.

Stand and walk during consultations.

Use hands and arms to demonstrate products and complete written or electronic documentation.

Lift and carry demonstration materials or equipment weighing up to approximately 2530 pounds as needed.
