Shift: 12 Hours - 6:00am - 6:00pm

We are seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our community committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents.

As a CNA, you will play an important role in monitoring vital signs, fostering meaningful connections with residents, and championing their overall well-being.

What you'll do:


* Ensure resident care is the best it can be by following the care plan.


* Get to know our residents by sharing stories with them while providing comfort, transportation, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs.


* Contribute to community harmony by providing emotional and social support to residents.


* Help residents with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe.


* Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary.


* Provide adjunct patient care as needed.


* Have an eagle eye and taking notice when resident behaviors change and letting shift leaders know.

What you'll bring:


* High School diploma or GED.


* Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification.


* Current CPR Certification.


* Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.


* Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.


* Requires ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.


* Requires ability to communicate verbally with residents, families, visitors and co-workers.

Requires ability to make self clearly understood by others.


* Requires ability to understand and follow basic written and oral step-by-step instructions.


* A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
