Position Overview:We are seeking a Line Cook to manage station prep and execute high-quality dishes during our busy service hours.

If you take pride in consistency, speed, and plating presentation, you will thrive in our kitchen.

We are looking for a line cook with exceptional prep management and organization skills.

The ideal candidate proactively manages their station workload throughout the week.

Building prep stock throughout the week leading up to the busiest days of the week.

You must be comfortable working independently to pace your own workload.

What You Will Do: Prepare a variety of menu items, that vary depending on the station being worked.Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations with all necessary supplies.Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet our high culinary standards.Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment adhering to food safety regulations.Collaborate effectively with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth and timely ticket execution.

What We Are Looking For: At least 3 year of experience as a line cook, with preferred experience in high-volume high end restaurant.

Steakhouse experience is a plusStrong knowledge of cooking techniques, station organization, and knife skills.A reliable, team-oriented work ethic with a strong attention to detail.Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift and carry 50lbsOpen availability for daytime, weekend, and brunch shifts.
