Champaign Residential Services is seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Benefits Specialist to manage benefit applications, maintain accurate records, and support individuals financial needs.

Responsibilities include: Complete and coordinate Medicaid, Social Security, Medicare, and food assistance applications and renewals.Monitor personal funds and financial records, including accounts, trusts, and required reports.Conduct monthly visits to homes to audit personal funds and cash.Maintain organized records and work with home managers and community agencies to support access to benefits.
