Are you a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking for a full-time morning shift opportunity in a resident-centered care environment? The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time PM Shift LVN to join our nursing team!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Full-Time PM Shift LVN, you will:


* Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion.


* Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care throughout the shift.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.


* Complete required charting and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.


* Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies.


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.


* Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and overall well-being.


* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, residents' families, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.


* Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and coworkers.

As a valued member of our morning nursing team, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents through their daily routines, coordinating care, and helping ensure a smooth and positive start to each day.

Schedule


* Full-Time Position


* PM Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm


* Weekend and holiday availability preferred.


* Consistent morning schedule in a supportive team environment.

What You Bring


* Active California LVN license in good standing.


* Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.


* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.


* Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
