We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and the overall employee experience across our organization.

What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related questions.

Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, performance management, and offboarding.

Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workplace issues.

Assist with employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution while ensuring consistent application of company policies.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.

Support benefits administration, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee inquiries.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Assist with leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other applicable leave programs.

Support payroll by reviewing employee changes, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with payroll personnel.

Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational initiatives.

Collaborate with HR leadership and operational teams across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of Human Resources Generalist or similar HR experience.

Experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other HR compliance requirements.

Experience handling employee relations matters and providing guidance to managers.

Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with benefits administration, onboarding, and employee records management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
