Human Resource Manager

Position Summary The Human Resource Manager manages the day-to-day HR function across Midwest Star Groups towing and recovery, automotive and commercial vehicle repair, mobile service, and equipment assembly operations.

This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management support, benefits administration, HR systems, and consistent application of company policies.

This is a hands-on role that works closely with the CEO and location leaders to recruit and retain employees, support managers, resolve employee concerns, and maintain organized, dependable HR processes.
