Controls Project Manager Team Lead

The TGW Controls Team is responsible for the design and integration of control systems for industrial material handling solutions and production lines.

The Controls Project Manager Team Lead will lead a team of Controls Project Mangers while simultaneously managing the execution of smaller projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily activities of Controls Project Management (PrMC) team to ensure successful delivery of project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

• Perform supervisory duties such as reviewing and approving expense reports, PTO requests, and timesheets.

• Participate in the recruitment, development, and overall performance management of Controls Project Managers.

• Coordinate controls engineering resources and develop integrated project schedules aligned with PrMC stage-gates.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and commercial risks; support formal change control evaluation.

• Review project scopes, concepts, and designs for feasibility and compliance with TGW standards.

• Facilitate communication and feedback loops across engineering, installation, commissioning, operations, and customer teams.

• Maintain complete project documentation and ensure compliance with TGW engineering, customer, and safety requirements.

• Serve as PrMC escalation point of contact for complex issues arising on controls projects.

• Perform other duties as required.
