Behind every great customer experience is a great route team, and we're looking for an experienced Route Supervisor to help lead ours in Portland.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting Route Drivers, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and helping ensure exceptional execution across our market.

You'll spend much of your time in the field working directly with drivers and customers, coaching performance, solving problems, and supporting daily operations.

What You'll Do & Succeed Here Lead & Develop Route Drivers Supervise and support Route Drivers across assigned routesConduct regular ride-alongs to coach performance, service standards, and safety practicesTrain and onboard new drivers while supporting ongoing employee developmentEnsure route teams have the tools and resources needed to perform successfullySupport route coverage and serve as a backup resource when operational needs ariseBuild strong relationships with key customer accountsHelp resolve customer concerns quickly and professionallySupport grand openings, new account launches, and promotional initiativesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retentionPartner with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver a consistent customer experience Drive Operational Performance Oversee daily route execution, driver check-ins, and operational follow-upMonitor route productivity, scheduling, inventory variances, and service levelsAssist with equipment installations, removals, and market resetsReview inventory reporting and support inventory accuracy initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, route performance, and overall branch operationsSupport compliance with company policies, safety programs, and operational standards
